yapps is an independent review site focused on business software for small teams: applicant tracking systems, billing and subscription tools, data connectors, and other SaaS that small agencies and in-house teams are choosing for the first time.

How each comparison is made

Every article compares 4–7 competing products against the same criteria: what you actually pay at 2, 5, 10, and 20 seats, where the usage caps bite, and how hard it is to cancel and get your data out. I read every pricing page and terms-of-service document myself, and I flag the weak points of every tool, including the ones I earn from.

I do not run a hiring cycle or a billing quarter inside each product. Where a claim depends on using the tool day to day, I say so rather than make it up. Every number in a comparison table links to the vendor page it came from. Prices change; check the official page before you buy.

How this site is funded
